At LENA, we're committed to getting your Night Recovery Roll-On to you safely, wherever you are in the world.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Origin
All LENA products are shipped from our fulfilment centre in China.
Delivery Timeframes
We deliver worldwide. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local postal conditions outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@lenasleep.com and we'll look into it right away.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. LENA cannot redirect parcels once dispatched. Re-shipping fees apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
