What is the LENA Night Recovery Roll-On?
The LENA Night Recovery Roll-On is a luxury bedtime roll-on formulated with six active botanicals — Magnesium, Lavender, Arnica, MSM, Aloe Vera, and Chamomile. It works while you sleep, calming your body, easing tired muscles, and supporting deeper, more restorative rest.
How does the roll-on work?
The active ingredients absorb transdermally — through your skin and into the underlying tissue. Magnesium in particular is highly effective this way, replenishing levels that support muscle relaxation and sleep quality. The full botanical blend works together to calm both body and mind before sleep.
How do I use it?
Apply to pulse points, the back of your neck, shoulders, or any sore muscles before bed. Allow to absorb naturally — no need to rub in. Use nightly for best results. The 90ml bottle lasts approximately 4–6 weeks with daily use.
What does it smell like?
The roll-on carries a gentle, calming scent driven by natural Lavender and Chamomile. It's light and non-overpowering — designed to ease you into sleep, not linger heavily on the skin.
Is it suitable for all skin types?

How do I place an order?
Simply visit lenasleep.com, add the Night Recovery Roll-On to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at hello@lenasleep.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make amendments.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — a confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?
All LENA orders are fulfilled and shipped from China.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your parcel on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please email us at hello@lenasleep.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
How do I request a return?
Email us at hello@lenasleep.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
I received a damaged or incorrect item. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email hello@lenasleep.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven't received it after that time, please check with your bank first, then contact us if the issue persists.
