At LENA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Right
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@lenasleep.com within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

General Returns
For customers outside the EU, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products due to the nature of skincare and wellness items.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@lenasleep.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@lenasleep.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
