Editorial Policy

LENA Editorial Policy

LENA publishes educational content about evening routines, topical body care, ingredients and general wellness. This policy explains how we aim to keep that content useful, transparent and responsible.

Our editorial principles

We aim to write in clear language, distinguish established evidence from emerging research, and avoid presenting cosmetic products as medicines. Educational articles should answer the reader’s question directly before discussing LENA products.

Sources and evidence

Where an article discusses science, health or ingredient research, we prioritise primary research, systematic reviews, government health agencies, universities and recognised medical or scientific organisations. We do not treat marketing materials, influencer claims or customer testimonials as clinical evidence.

Product and medical claims

LENA Night Recovery Roll-On is a cosmetic wellness product. Our content must not claim that it diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents disease, sleep disorders, pain conditions or injuries. Descriptions of customer experience are not guarantees of results.

Review and updates

We review articles when product information changes, when material new evidence becomes available, or when a correction is brought to our attention. Substantive updates should include a visible updated date whenever the publishing format permits.

Commercial transparency

LENA’s website sells LENA products. Articles may link to relevant product pages, but educational content should remain balanced and should state important limitations, precautions and areas of uncertainty.

Corrections

We welcome correction requests. Please use our Contact page and include the article title, the passage concerned and a reliable supporting source. We will review reasonable requests and correct material errors where appropriate.

Health disclaimer

Information on this website is for general educational purposes and is not personal medical advice. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, medical conditions, medicines, pregnancy, allergies or concerns about whether a product is suitable for you.
