LENA ships worldwide from our GMP-certified fulfilment facility. Every order is quality-checked before dispatch and ships with full tracking.
DELIVERY TIMES
International (US, UK, EU, AU & all other countries)
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days from dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.
Singapore
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
SHIPPING RATES
Free shipping is available on all orders over SGD $50 — or automatically when you add 2 or more bottles to your cart. Shipping rates for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Use it to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@lenasleep.com.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable rates for your country before placing your order.
ORDER NOT ARRIVED?
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please email us at hello@lenasleep.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — if you are not happy with your experience after 30 days of use, email us at hello@lenasleep.com for a full refund, no questions asked.
